We completely understand that accidents can happen — so please don’t worry! We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for repairs or replacements right away, especially as we often have another group arriving shortly after your stay.
Minor damage, such as broken glasses or small appliance issues, is no problem at all — it’s considered normal wear and tear, and we usually have backups onsite ready to go.
